1. Call, email or Stop in to see us or you can now enroll online through our online store. If you enroll online a membership agreement will be emailed to you in .pdf format within 48 hours after you enroll or you can stop into FFMAC to finish it in person.

4. We require a signed agreement and waiver that requires a month by month payment and a 90 day notice clause when you intend to cancel the agreement.

5. We require a monthly tuition typically of $79.95 per month though we do offer other packages

6. a $50 registration fee to cover yearly association dues and insurance
